From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Ray, Johan, Sebastian and the rest of the team were professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. Ray worked within our budget and provided a clear, thorough breakdown of the costs from the beginning, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and I especially appreciated the open and consistent communication throughout the project. The crew was skilled, efficient, respectful, and trustworthy — qualities that were very important to us. Ray and his team were also flexible and receptive when unexpected issues came up during construction, always handling things with professionalism and care. Even after the project was completed, they made sure the site was clean and continued to check in to see if anything else was needed. That level of dedication truly stood out to me. We’re so grateful for the working relationship we had and for their help in making our home more comfortable and functional. They were excellent from start to finish.
