For Jason M. Warren, founder and owner of Elemental Construction, excellence in landscape, construction and landscape design is a lifelong passion. He began working in his father’s landscape design and construction business when he was only 10, learning various contractor skills and trades. Years and years in the family landscape and construction business gave him a huge amount of experience. He learned how to deal fairly with people- to listen to what they say, design the right product that fits their needs and construct that product the best that it can be done. After going off to college and having a successful baseball career, the love of landscape design and construction brought him back to start Elemental Construction. Jason M. Warren has built a business, focused around a team of extremely loyal employees. “Not only do I look for good workers, I look for good people,” says Warren. His employees are highly skilled and are constantly being educated in new technology and the highest quality methods of work. An example of this is their yearly attendance at the World of Concrete Convention- the largest concrete convention in the industry. Jason’s knowledge is vast and he holds general contracting and other C licenses. He changes with the times, ensuring that your yard is designed and built with top of the line materials and techniques. “LEALTAD”: This is a Spanish term that has no single English translation, yet it encompasses the belief system that Elemental Construction is built on. A few terms that best describe it are loyalty, honesty, friendship, commitment, trust, confidence, brotherhood and pride.
