They used to be a good contractor but they've fallen apart. They gave us an estimate on a project without specifying what was included in detail. Later most of what we had originally specified was "not included" or a change order. They failed to complete our project, even though we paid in full. They refused to honor our warranty. They submitted bills to us for another project. When we noticed the error, they ghosted us. Watch out! Not honest, no organizational skills.

We recommended Encol Construction to the owner of a house we are renting. They remodeled the entire house and did a great job. Sally was always available to talk to about any issues that came up and resolved them very quickly. I would highly recommend Encol Construction for any and all of your construction needs.

We Hired Encol to build a wall for us and create a door to make a new room for us. We also had them refinish our hardwood floors and remove/repair several areas with outdated outlets and alarm keypads. We were delighted with the outcome of each project. We live in a historic home which required carefully removing and rebuilding crown molding around the new door. We were shocked to see how seamless the door and frame looked, as if it has always been there! In addition to Encol's professional work, perhaps the most significant aspect of hiring them was the positive communication maintained throughout the process. We have hired several contractors in the past, but none of them came close to Encole in terms of getting back to us quickly, communicating effectively and being congenial in general. I would recommend them Highly.

Encol Construction performed total renovation of my one-bedroom condo. They were very innovative in their recommendations to upgrades. They were receptive to all suggestions and very proactive in decisions regarding design points. I highly recommend Encol for renovation and design services. Encol Construction just finished a major remodel project in our >100 year old home in Denver. They re-created our master bedroom suite and two bathrooms that needed some major updating.
