They removed our old pavers and installed brand new ones that gave the yard a completely refreshed look. The project also included new gutter installation and a stucco wall, and everything was completed with quality workmanship and attention to detail. Working with Nir Hanoch was a very positive experience from start to finish. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and very upfront about pricing and expectations. I appreciated that there were no hidden costs or last-minute surprises. He explained the process carefully and kept us informed during every phase of the work. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Falcon Builders Group. After a house fire, I hired Falcon based on their assurances that costs and billing would be itemized and transparent. When it came time to provide the accounting, Falcon said our funds were tied to other projects and it would not be provided. I then found out I was charged for work not performed and materials not delivered. When I asked in good faith for (1) the required accounting and (2) appropriate adjustment, Falcon demanded payment for unfinished work, STOPPED mid-project and threatened lien action. To get my children home, I tolerated inconsistent work, unsupervised crews, and shifting narratives, but the lack of transparency and billing practices ultimately became unacceptable. Buyer beware.
