Exceptional Service – Fast, Professional, and Thorough! I had an unexpected leak and needed a contractor urgently. Ginadi from Feldman Construction responded quickly and arrived promptly to assess the situation. He immediately found the issue and explained the cause clearly. On top of that, he pointed out that the entire pipe had been installed incorrectly and recommended replacing it to prevent future problems. His expertise and honesty gave me full confidence in his work. He not only fixed the immediate leak efficiently but also replaced the faulty piping to ensure a long-term solution. Throughout the process, he was professional, thorough, and transparent about what needed to be done. If you’re looking for a reliable contractor who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Feldman Construction. I’m extremely grateful for his quick response and high-quality work!

We were extremely satisfied with Feldman Construction. We have worked with Ginadi Feldman twice (2 different bathrooms). We remodeled one bathroom with Ginadi (in 2022), and didn’t look further when we were ready to remodel another bathroom (in 2024). Both bathroom remodels were major, completely gutted and upgraded. We were very happy with the outcome, the timeframe was efficient, and reasonable price. We will work with Feldman Construction on any future home projects. Ginadi is honest, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He truly cares about his clients, and we trust him completely. We highly recommend Feldman Construction.

Feldman construction did a terrific job renovating our town home. They Installed 155 feet of fence around the house and installed a new gate. They also renovated our kitchen and added one guests bathroom. Ginadi and his crew did an outstanding job. They were always responsive,knowledgeable,kind, reliable, always honest and very very professional. Every advice or idea they gave us ended up being perfect and the right one for us. Feldman construction has the ability to identify the client needs and come up with a solution and answer to any question or concern during the project. We are very happy with the results and we're in love with our new home. We highly recommend Feldman construction and will definitely use them in the future.

We hired Ginadi to help us with an extensive remodel of our home. As our project manager he coordinated all aspects of our remodel from design to construction. Throughout the project we found Ginadi to be very knowledgeable on every aspect of home remodel/construction and relied on his expertise greatly. He is quick to respond to messages and made himself available when we needed him. Ginadi is a pleasure to work with, which helped make our complex project much more manageable.

My husband and I bought a house and knew right away that we wanted to do a full house remodel and addition. After interviewing many contractors, to our luck- we came across Ginadi and Feldman construction. From the moment we met him, we knew we were going to be in good hands. He was very patient with us explaining the process and also very helpful with giving us many different ideas and helping guide us through decisions we were less certain about. We were mostly afraid of how much time and headache we may have with adding such a big addition as well as dealing with the county- but Ginadi and his team took care of all of that and did so smoothly.  The results came out better than imagined, the work and craftsmanship of the Feldman team and designers were so helpful and we really enjoyed the process. Ginadi was our project manager for our home remodel in 2021. From start to finish their communication was top-notch, transparent and they brought the highest level of quality. We did a significant remodel on our house and they helped us manage every step of the way. Ginadi was there from beginning to end and his attention to detail and level of integrity is unmatched. He told us when to order finishes based on varying lead times during the pandemic, gave us accurate timeframes of what would be happening each day/week and most importantly were flexible with our timeframe because we lived in the house during the work. We know this was a huge hassle for them because they couldn't work as efficiently - but they were willing to go that extra mile. During walkthroughs he inspected everything and never tried to rush to finish, he ensured we had the home of our dreams. So hats off to Ginadi and his team - by the end we all felt like family and we loved working with them.

Ginadi was the general contractor who helped us renovate two bedrooms and two baths in our circa 1950 built home. He has excellent communication skills in keeping us abreast of our project timeline and was also very prompt in responding to all our inquiries. All issues and concerns were handled quickly and in a very professional manner. He has good managerial and planning skills that ensured a smooth working relationship with the subcontractors even when additional unplanned work on the house was needed.
