My priority was to find a company that delivers quality work with integrity that we could trust in/with my home. From the start David and Amelia sent an estimate that was easy to read and were easy to contact and available for questions. They were so patient with the process of picking out the floors. It took me about 3 weeks to make a final decision and I never felt rushed. Once installation began, the crew were very respectful of my home and did an excellent job. I feel the installation was timely, quality, and professional. Communication was such a nice touch - I always knew the arrival time of the crew and what to expect during the installation process. The crew moved all my furniture and replaced it all back in its correct place, they handled my furniture with care. They did a great job of cleaning, vacuuming, and wiping baseboards once the job was complete. Working with David and Amelia was such a joy! With a little one on the way, my wife and I decided to go with a professional to completely redo our nursery. David and his team did an extraordinary job resurfacing the walls and ceilings, adding crown molding and a customized closet and even used non-toxic materials to provide the safest environment for our baby! The room is absolutely stunning! Between the amazing attention to detail, communication, and clean up, it is without question we will soon be hiring Genesis to finish the remainder of the house. David Ortega is a perfectionist and deliver only top quality work. A master at mixing stains to achieve amazing colors on wood. Definitely someone to use on high end homes when nothing but the best is expected.
