The business was established in the US in 2006 and prior to that in the UK in 1999. GOLOUDON brings creativity, knowledge and expertise to the process of home renovation and construction. GOLOUDON focuses on providing excellent customer service and a great product, and we pride ourselves on honesty and professionalism. GOLOUDON is fully qualified to serve your needs with designations earned through membership of the Dallas Builders Association (DBA) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB); these professional designations include Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Aging-in-Place (CAPS) and Certified Green Professional (CGP). Gregory Loudon is currently a board member of the Dallas Builders Association Remodelers Council and recently served as its Chairman for 2 years. Gregory's team built our patio roof extension and all the things that go with that and he coordinated with our landscape designer seamlessly. Gregory is easy to communicate with and is responsive. We are satisfied with the work that was done and would use him again on other interior or exterior projects.

Gregory is a great communicator and was eager to become involved with our home remodel. We were always able to reach him and nothing was ever left open to interpretation. Emails were clear and easily understood. His design aesthetic leaned more modern than our own so we had to reiterate our desires multiple times so our remodel didn't sway in that direction. Wished the project took less time, it came up on the deadline and we ended up moving in prior to being finished though it was after the promised competition time. All subcontractors were professional and we were especially pleased with the electrician and painter. Overall, we are happy with the quality of work and pleased to have our home to be as beautiful as we envisioned.

We have worked alongside Gregory on several projects as our scope is outdoors while Gregory is a home remodeler. On this project, we referred Gregory to our client who wanted to extend their roofline to create a large outdoor patio. Under difficult circumstances and material shortages, Gregory came through for the client and the project was a success. I have never met a client who did not LOVE Gregory. He is honest and works very hard to make his clients happy.

The pandemic quickly revealed that our cozy home was not large enough to accommodate two work from home adults. A friend, one of the reviewers below, recommended Gregory for our home addition project. Gregory is easily accessible and super responsive. He is thorough and amazingly detail-oriented. He works with a great team who are masters at what they do. Gregory has an excellent eye and provides fantastic design recommendations. He isn't the cheapest in town but we believe his work justifies the cost. Above all, Gregory's integrity is beyond reproach. He takes pride in the work he and his team does. We have enjoyed working with Gregory so much that we have continued to add projects. Our home is almost unrecognizable and we could not be more pleased.

We chose Gregory to remodel our master bath room and could not have been more pleased with the results. We found him to be very knowledgable of remodeling trends and design. He worked as a team to ensure product and design decisions were made and we were completely confident in our choices before beginning construction. He stayed on top of things, was receptive to minor tweaks and changes and communicated with us every step of the way.

Gregory handled the renovation on our jack n jill bathroom. He and his crew were efficient, respectful on site, and did a quality job. They actually completed the job 2 weeks earlier than initially quoted - which was great. We used someone in his network for our countertops and they are beautiful. While not on site during most of the work, he was responsive to our calls/texts and came by regularly to check in. When we had an issue with the quality of some of the painting, he had the workers back same if not the next day to correct. His quote wasn't the lowest, but as can be true with contractors, you get what you pay for. We had two miscommunication points during the project which resulted in some quick problem solving in one case (came out fine) and a slight overage in another. Otherwise, very happy with the experience and would (and already have) recommended him.

Gregory and his team were extremely helpful and considerate of the work that needed to be done. We had a bad contractor prior, so Gregory had to REDO some extremely bad work. He gave us a very fair estimate, pulled the appropriate permits, and also spoke with the structural engineer in regards to design. The quality of work is awesome, and if we ran into any snags along the way, Gregory was there to come and evaluate our concerns. We had an overall excellent experience with Gregory and his team, and when my wife and I are ready for our 2nd story add on, he will be the guy that we use!

GOLOUDON is a top notch contractor! We jush finished a master bathroom remodel and Gregory, who is the owner, was extremely professional. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with , as are his workmen who were courteous and skilled. We had a specific budget and timeline and Gregory was able to accommodate both those needs. He sat with us and really listened to what we had envisioned and added his professional advise. He was there to oversee the work as well which was very nice. Our new bathroom is AMAZING! I would highly recommend GOLOUDON. I wish we had more projects to do.

Gregory did a remodel of my master bathroom, which included new flooring, new shower, painting the cabinets, and adding other tile accents in the bathroom. Provided a good product in the agreed time period. Has a extremely friendly demeanor and returns calls and messages promptly. Had great ideas for optimizing space during rebuild. Structural and drywall work was excellent. Tile work in shower was good but tile work on the fireplace required three reworks before acceptable. During last 2 weeks of project, estimates of when workers would be onsite was usually wrong which wasted our time. Warrenty work after project has been quick and of good quality. I would absolutely recommend Greg to others.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Gregory late 2017. We had existing plans drawn up for a second-story addition. Gregory was working on a project close by, and we got his contact information from the sign. We gathered three bids. His bid was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive, but we went with him because of his calm demeanor, professional presentation, and no high-pressure sale. It was an extensive project, so we moved out of the house during the construction. Since we were out of the house, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity. We ended up gutting almost the entire lower level. Essentially Gregory built a new house, we went from approximately 2500 ft.² to approximately 4500 ft.². The project was not without its challenges as every person will tell you that has ever had significant construction, there are always problems, the difference is in how the contractor handles adversity. This is where his calm demeanor came to be quite reassuring. We did have quite a few issues with rain getting into the construction area. However, everything that was damaged was fixed, and he went above and beyond to repair it at his cost. He handled all requests promptly.
