I am excited to talk about my recent bathroom renovation by Greg and Dawn. It was not an easy decision to make on this project because of the cost and the time required to complete it. I am a happy customer to brag about Greg and Dawn’s work. I have studied art and am living as an artist. As an artist, I am extremely picky about details, design, and colors. We had a wonderful experience working with Greg and Dawn on the renovation and addition to our home. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and truly cared about the quality of their work. We met with Greg to evaluate options for our house. We thought it was hopeless but after inspecting it Greg laid out a plan of attack that was reasonable and staggered so we could do things in parts. The first step was the windows and they completed those this summer. Everything went better than expected. The windows made a tremendous improvement visually to the house and we can already tell a difference in the costs for cooling. I'm sure it will reduce our heating costs this winter. Critically, this is an OLD house, we wanted someone we could trust that if, when they took the siding off things were bad, they wouldn't just cover it up. The GPC team was completely oriented toward quality. In some places they had to remove all of the siding, replace some critical components (I think the sill plate) and replace a lot of the underlying wood. They did this all very efficiently (especially given all the rain we had this spring- whenever it was dry they were working on it). On the inside they kept everything clean and neat and I can't believe how well they matched the paint (even some of the hideous paint colors we've been wanting to paint over). The total costs, even will all the extra repairs and replacements, came in less than I feared it would: less than the original quoted amount. The team was great! They had to deal with wasps, snakes, and us and still came in friendly and eager to do a great job on the project. Every time I look at these windows I am so happy we went with GPC builders. It has inspired us to start loving our house too and we are eager to start on the next phase of it with GPC builders as soon as we can!

Deck—Attention to detail, immaculate workmanship, out-of-the-box design ideas. I was very pleased. His subs were just as professional and held workman's comp and liability insurance, too.

We have had the pleasure of working with Greg and Dawn on three separate projects: A complete kitchen tear-out and remodel, a complete deck tear-off and rebuild with additional living space, and a home repair and improvement. From beginning to end Greg was very communicative, constantly visiting our job site(s) to ensure proper installation and quality, and he had a knowledge of the industry that gave us great peace of mind. Greg and Dawn are very conscientious, honest, and we absolutely trust them in helping us to add to the quality and value of our home.

GPC Builders totally transformed our 35-year-old house to the point of us considering it our “new house.” Greg and Dawn Prince led us through the project from planning to completion with true professionalism. The project included removal of the original Masonite siding, three original external doors and the deck. We decided to replace the siding with Hardie Shingle Siding which is perfect for our house design, and Dawn, a very talented designer, suggested replacing our front door and sidelights with a beautiful double door. She guided us in choosing door hardware and exterior lighting and deck fan. The deck was replaced with TimberTech composite material, and is stunning. Perhaps the crown of the project is the Sundance Louvered Roof pergola covering a portion of the deck. Truly unique. The quality of their work is unsurpassed; we were so impressed with their dedication to precision. Typical of houses built in the ‘80s, our house has a partial brick veneer, and we’re grateful for Dawn’s and Greg’s suggestion to paint it to match the siding. It’s such a wonderful effect, and we love it. Thank you, GPC Builders for our “new house!”

As general contractor on the exterior remodel of my home, Greg (Sensitive Infromation Hidden) was all about quality. He gave great advice for choosing materials, hired excellent and efficient sub-contractors, and made customer service a priority. He never forgot a verbal request and made customer satisfaction a priority. I was very satisfied with the service provided by GPC, LLC.
