Green Lynx did an amazing job completely de-constructing a water tower in a short period of time. I was impressed every day with how efficiently they worked, sorting all the materials into separate areas, maintaining a safe worksite, and removing any debris or materials that could be taken away at the end of the day. Most of the material was sorted for re-use or for recycling - much better than demolition! I highly recommend them for your deconstruction projects.

Green Lynx deconstructed our kitchen completely and took the cabinets, granite, and sink to sell at their store instead of to a land fill. FANTASTIC. It made us feel really good that our things were being repurposed. I’ve never dealt with a deconstruction company so I can’t compare the charges for the work. But, I can say that Brandon was an awesome person with whom to work. He returned calls promptly and made us feel as though our job was important to Green Lynx. He was always timely and accommodating to our needs. His crew of four men were professional in every way. They knew exactly what they were doing and carried out the job with skill and confidence and kindness while being very respectful of our space. They were not messy but cleaned up completely. Working with Brandon and GreenLynx was a very pleasant experience for my demolition project. From the early stages, Brandon gave some information that was helpful, and backed it up with a good quote. GreenLynx Team has worked on many of our projects at American Design & Build. What I appreciate is that they are always on schedule, they keep the project site clean and costs are very reasonable. Further within the scope of demolition I can see that most of the material being removed will be recycled and re-used and for us at a very similar cost if we were to just demo and haul to a debris site! Great for the environment, great for the efficient job and great for the in line cost! First two images one project where they removed entire kitchen, bath dining room in just 2 days and left the site clean and ready to begin reconstruction. Second 3 images an entire two story section of a San Francisco home where they totally removed to the foundation and every bit of material had to be hand moved down a 3 foot wide walk way 60 feet to the street. This took just one week! Absolutely amazing!
