He was able to pivot when we had design changes and incorporated those updates without nickel and diming the Seller. Ground Up Builders was extremely Professional . Adi Aiish was very reliable and competent. There was a lot to accomplish and it was done in record time. Thanks to Adi all the areas were done efficiently by him and his crew. From the remodeling of the bath, the electrical, the plumbing and the plastering of the pool to the painting of the interior and exterior of the house, made the house look like a new house Adi took care of the legalization of the garage to the original carport. Recently I have bought a new home in Los Angles. But I did not like the bathroom and so I wanted to remodel it. Uzi and his team are amazing. I looked for 6 3 months for a reliable contractor for my room addition. Ground Up Builders seems to be a large construction company, so it probably depends on the crew you get; but our experience was with Peter Simons. We needed some repair work done to the soffits of our house. Peter proposed opening them up in places to see what's going on before deciding how to repair, and we put down a $1000 deposit for his crew to do so. The crew came and cut two holes in the soffit, but the crew didn't want to do so much overhead work and Peter stopped being responsive after. Now I have two holes in my soffit, and they won't even give me back the deposit. They spent a total of an hour at the house. Just writing to warn people to be careful with their time and money with this contractor.

They are always on time, and stay late if they need to with qualified and professional workers. Everything is of the highest quality; which I will say you will pay for but is absolutely worth every dollar you spend.
