Complete home build. Love our home however caution to those who use this builder. Very disorganized particularly from a financial standpoint. Requested on multiple occasions during the build to see receipts or more specific itemized breakdown of the costs associated with the build which were not provided. He provided a budget with his own figures and costs of the project however project costs were lumped together haphazardly and very difficult to discern. When asked for clarification the owner of the company talked around the subject and provided very little information to back up his figures. We were supposed to blindly trust the company and not ask questions and we did. My husband was on site daily and did many things to assist this contractor and his subs and was labeled intrusive. He did things during the build that would have been considered the contractor's responsibility without thanks or pay. We had a vested interest in this project and owned the land free and clear and were told on a number of occasions that most contractors would not allow us to be on site this regularly. The owner is a nice guy and his brother is a nice guy however lots of telling you what you want to hear instead of what's honestly going on. Probably a common complaint with most contractors. They worked hard for us and we appreciated that. They are young and they are learning and we hope they take this review as an opportunity to grow professionally. We are at fault for not doing our due diligence in pressing and demanding the company for an itemized breakdown of the costs associated with this build, shame on us as consumers. We have learned many lessons from this build. Hopefully Hansen Brother's has as well.

I worked with Hansen Brothers to rebuild the front porch of my house. The porch is two stories and had some extensive rotting. Will and his team were great to work with! We stayed on time and budget. I was so very pleased with the results and even extended the scope of work beyond what we originally discussed because I was so pleased and trusted him and his crew. I will absolutely use Hansen Brothers for any other renovations I have!

Remodeling a house is a vulnerable project to undertake, and Will Hansen made me feel confident and secure in the quality and cost of our small remodel. His transparency was welcomed, his high-quality work extremely valued, and his thorough check-ins on the project made us sure we were getting the best value. Additionally, he has a nonprofit that is funded through his business, building a home for a family in need in developing countries, which is an incredible thing to be a part of just by working with him. Can't recommend Will enough.

I asked Will to help fix a few things around my house as a water leak had creeped through my attic and started affecting the interior ceiling. Will quickly came by, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and made it look like nothing ever happened. Great experience, and a great price. I will be going back to them again for future projects.
