We hired Nikki for a major remodel as we took a part our main level and recreated our dream home, in our existing home. She was honest, transparent and communicated the timeline and expectations very well. She communicated budgets forwarded and updated us along the way, which we really appreciated. Doing a remodel of this scale is highly invasive and for us being displaced from our space- we are so glad we chose Nikki & her team to complete this job for us- everything turned out exactly how we’d hoped. I love our new spaces! If I were to do this again, I’d work with Nikki, no questions asked.

My Family hired Hebert Homes for our dream home on acreage and we are so happy to have had Nikki on our side- from planning to permit process we had some extra hurdles with the County we built in- she made the process seamless & stress free for us. We made the decision to work with Nikki because we really got the feeling that she understood the vision that we had in finishing our lower level. Nikki was transparent about what options would work best and which were less than ideal, what materials we loved that maybe we weren’t aware of potential flaws in - which ultimately led to a beautiful end result. Along the way, she was also accommodating in my indecisiveness. Which we were so appreciative of. Now we have a space we get to enjoy daily and are happy with the end product!

Nikki is very knowledgeable when it comes to building your dream home. I too, have learned a thing or two from her. I’ve worked with Nikki on many builds and every time I meet with her I’m amazed at how much she puts her clients first . She always has their lifestyle and function in mind. That’s what you want in a builder that is building your dream home. Nikki is present on the job sites, personally meets with her subcontractors, has positive relationships, this is something you don’t often find with a builder.

We knew Nikki and her team from when we were looking to move into a new home but ultimately decided on purchasing an existing home. However we were really impressed with the model home we toured and how organized she was and decided to reach out to her when we decided to finish our basement. Throughout the whole process Nikki clearly communicated on what was happening and what the next steps were. If we had a question or concern she was very quick to address it which really helped put our mind at ease. When we presented pictures on what we would like the shower to look like she worked with her team to ensure our vision became a reality! Nikki is an outstanding builder. She was willing to have a meeting with us to transform what was going to be a spec home into a custom home, and we are so grateful to her for that. She listened to what we wanted, provided guidance on elements where we weren’t sure, and allowed us to build our dream home. Even with all of the shipping and material delays, we were able to get into our new home on time, and we absolutely love it. Given the supply constraints and labor issues challenging the building industry, my wife and I were extremely glad to have Nikki on our side. She was detailed in her approach while not overbearing. She was honest and fair about expectations which was imperative given the aforementioned challenges. She connected with us in an effort to understand our ever changing vision and she performed. When speed bumps hit, and they always do, Nikki did everything she could to solve them as equitably as possible. A Lot of people say they care... Nikki demonstrates her 'caring' and 'passion' in all aspects of her projects. We will without a doubt use Hebert Homes for any additional projects/home building in our future.

We had the greatest experience working with Nikki and Hebert Homes! Nikki led the remodel of our basement by adding a built in entertainment center and a wet bar. We went to Nikki with a sketch and she brought it to life! Not only did we have a great experience working with Nikki, she had such a great team, from the electricians, to plumbers, carpenters, to cleaners, etc. All were so courteous and always arrived exactly when Nikki said they would! (and did exceptional work!) In a challenging Covid supply chain environment, Nikki kept us up to date daily and we so appreciated her communication. She also helped us work through design details on what our priorities were, and what areas we could scale back within our budget without sacrificing quality or design. Our friends and family were shocked to find out it is possible to have a construction project that stays on time, and on budget, and my response was.. "it's possible with Hebert Homes!" Upon completion of the project, we held our wedding reception in our new basement, and received compliments that it was just as nice as any wedding venue!
