We fabricate and build architect-designed, extremely green, custom homes in Washington and Oregon. Our small team collectively has over 75 years of experience building over 1,000 projects in 10 countries. We work directly with select clients and architects to design custom homes which we then fabricate in our factory and install on site in a matter of days. Our factory in Oregon is the most technically advanced on the West Coast. Our craftsman are some of the best in the industry and come from the U.S., Germany, Switzerland and Austria. We are working to integrate the best building practices from around the world into our building business to make the West Coast a global leader in building extremely green homes using nature's ideal building material - wood. Our home is the Pacific Northwest, the largest wood producing region in the world in the largest market for wood-framed buildings on the planet. We love building with wood and for clients who also appreciate nature's ideal building material - wood. Our team has experience on literally hundreds of great timber frame (timberframe) buildings using traditional hand-crafted methods as well as cutting-edge cnc fabrication technologies. Our international team and network of craftsmen is also very well-trained and knowledgeable about green building, with years of experience on LEED projects, experience on over 50 passive house (passivhaus in German) projects in North America and Europe and also training in Swiss Minergie green building practices. We can easily build to net zero energy standards because we fabricate very high-performance building envelopes.
