Mary completely transformed our 1978 unrenovated home, bringing light, warmth and style. She paid attention to my style pre-reno and was able to gently push me towards making better design choices. She was incredibly intuitive and creative in solving some problems and redesigning a back hallway to better use that space. She was so attuned to my style that I was always amazed at how spot on the options she would bring me were. Her subcontractors are all skilled and professional. This was a huge project and it turned out beautifully.

Mary Gower was a godsend for our kitchen remodel (see Wooded Creek pix). She guided us through the whole process with precision & loving care. We had decided on blue bahia granite, then she took us to a warehouse where we turned the corner & fell in love with iron red granite. So in a heartbeat, the entire kitchen plans changed. Mary didn’t miss a beat & the end result is beyond perfection. We also added exterior down lights, ceiling fan in pergola, spot light on our fountain, totally changed color for front porch ....... Now a break then repaint entire outside of house & remodel 4 bathrooms. We unconditionally recommend Mary for all of your remodeling needs. Not only is she an interior designer but also a construction contractor- she does it all. ❤️

I have used ISD Construction for several projects in my home including flooring (both tile and bamboo), bathroom remodels, and outside decking. ISD provides fantastic design services as part of the overall job, so if you're unsure exactly what you want ISD will provide great options.

We hired ISD to totally renovate our kitchen in our 1926 Tudor, which turned out to be a bigger job than originally planned. Thank goodness for Mary Gower! She took such a personal interest in the job and really helped me when making some big decisions. I don't know what I would have done without her. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this company.

We hired Mary Gower to redo our master Bathroom and she did a fine job. We were very happy and we recommended her to a friend who had the same thing done at his house. He is also very happy with the reconstruction that she did at his home.

I have used this company several times over the past 7 or 8 years, They do a great job and are reasonably priced. In May 2015 my living room was totally flooded and destroyed and all the walls and flooring had to be redone, and also the ceiling, as it was leaking badly. It was fixed in June and July and it has never been flooded again.

Remodeled kitchen, master bath, and two bathrooms. Very happy with all results. If she didn't know an immediate answer, she would find it out quickly. Juggled all aspects of the remodel wonderfully.

Mary Gower and her crew not only did an excellent job on our home, but her eye for color and design improved the look of my house. She painted the house the perfect color to make our "not so pretty" brick look much better. She helped us with the design of a new front and back door which are fabulous, and helped us pick out perfect flooring. She also designed our shower that is one of the things that my husband likes the best of all the remodel. You will NOT go wrong using ISD Construction!!!

ISD does such wonderful work we keep bringing them back year after year. They remodelled our living room, our master bath, guest bath and kitchen. They did outside repair and painting as well. The company is run by Mary Gower. She has a background in design as well as construction and has a wonderful personality to boot. She is a perfectionist and won't let her crew leave a job until it's done just right. We just sold our home for more than the asking price and owe much of it to Mary. My home was built in 1978 and in the past few years has started to have problems with appliances and construction. Mary Gower of ISD Construction was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. ISD has fixed construction problems (part of my brick patio wall collapsed and fell down) and has replaced my dangerously outdated circuit breaker box. When my double ovens and stove top went out, ISD installed my new replacement appliances. When i returned recently from my vacation, i discovered that one of the large clerestory windows over my living room was broken. Mary Gower took a look at it because the only people who were authorized to be on my roof in my absence were the guys who were painting our entire townhouse project. Mary hunted up that company's on-site manager and sent him over to inspect the broken window. That company replaced the window at no cost to me. Mary responds quickly whenever i contact her about a problem around the house. I would recommend her and her crew to anyone in the Dallas area without reservation. ISD's crew are experts in their areas and are reasonably priced. But most of all, they are trustworthy. Mary Ludwick.

Owner Mary Gower has done several remodeling projects for me over the last several years. Her company has done a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel, replaced 2 roofs, put up, stained and repaired the outdoor fences, painted the interior and exterior, and various other smaller projects, such as replacement lighting, putting up grab bars, carpeting, tiling and taping and bedding sheet rock. Last summer, she gutted and replaced the sheet rock in my garage. She is very thorough and makes sure the job is done right. She likes to work on older homes (ours was built in 1962) and doesn't try to overpower the design, since it is an older home. She has a good eye for colors and design layout. She is reasonable priced and dependable. She stays very busy as a result, so be sure to book your project with her well in advance.
