We were introduced to Victory through a friend in the construction industry. We had established a general vison and scope for our project going into our first meeting. In the beginning what I most appreciated was Victory helping us establish a realistic budget - they didn't over promise or create fantasies about how far our dollar would go. Once the project kicked off we impressed they actually did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it! We set formal meetings every two weeks to review the project/budget/progress/upcoming work plan and each meeting they stayed on track. Mid-project they made a significant recommendation to improve our storage space and just the general flow/feel of the house which in the end was the right move. The bumps in the road were just that - bumps. Victory worked with all parties to manage risks and overcome obstacles. The project was completed and overages were around 5% of our budget - due more to a tight labor market and small add-on requests than to anything Victory fell short on. If you are looking for strong project management, communication, record keeping and execution in your project I'd highly recommend Victory.

Josh/Victory Construction is a very competent construction contractor. We were looking at building a house and Josh was very helpful finding house/floorplan designs based on what we told him we wanted and then coming up with with a very detailed and helpful budget. Although we ultimately were unable to build for financial reasons unrelated to Josh, we would work with Josh again if the opportunity came up. Excellent full service contractor.

Josh and his crew do excellent work. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel or build a new home!
