The Just Wright crew tackled a repair to a leaking sunroom that several companies chose to ignore after seeing the site! Colin, Toshi, and Justin assessed the issue and came up with a plan to deal with the water seepage. Yes, it needed more renovation than repair because the seepage was much more extensive than what was obvious to the eye. But wow - what a result. A virtually brand new sunroom with properly sealed windows and ways for the rainwater to escape. And, while they were at the house, I asked them to replace the cedar fence adjoining the sunroom and patio. Again, their creativity led to the area being expanded to give more space around the pond and garden. I now have a beautiful and private area, where I can enjoy my garden from inside the sunroom and from the outside patio.

Just Wright Renovation Experts is a local Victoria business that handles a variety of projects. Colin Wright , the owner, is a highly reputable individual. Colin was the project manager on our total kitchen renovation in Spring of 2022 that included a complete demo and reconstruction. The project went extremely well with minimal delays. We are very appreciative of Colin and his team for the timely fashion in which the project was completed. This project included moving water lines, electrical, new flooring and a window removal/ installation. This meant coordinating multiple trades people. We were living in the home with a newborn at the time of construction and everyone on the project was very considerate. We have since used Colin’s services with an exterior chimney removal, summer 2023. Once again, Colin and his crew did a great job! There was potential for damage to the surrounding area but Colin ensured that the glass surrounding the work site was protected. Colin’s quotes are reasonable and fair. He has excellent communication skills and always kept us informed. We highly recommend Just Wright Renovation Experts for any project large or small.

Colin and his crew removed a sliding glass door and replaced it with a large garden window. At every step they were filling me in with what the plan was and asking for input when needed. Everyone on site was super polite, respectful and friendly. The final result was incredible and both myself and my wife were thrilled on how it turned out. Not sure what the next project will be but we'll certainly be contacting Just Wright Renovations when we figure out what's next.

Colin and his crew were fantastic! Our previous shower was only 6 years old, but had been poorly installed and caused a nasty leak that destroyed the shower as well as the flooring. Colin, Toshi and D worked quickly and efficiently, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. We absolutely recommend Colin for any project you have.
