As an interior designer, I have completed several projects with Kitty. Out of all the contractors I have worked with, I refer her the most to my clients. What's rare about Kitty is that she accepts responsibility for her role and her subs and never shifts problems or challenges to another trade, or to the client. She owns her role and makes sure things are carried out till the very end even if it's not advantageous for her. I love that I can depend on her to do that. Also, her subs are great and have done a great job on things like tile, cabinetry, etc. I also love that she is a super competent and professional woman who can converse and relate to men and women alike.

KC Remodeling proved to be an excellent choice for us. Removed a fireplace, and installed custom wall of bookcases and storage. The workmen were on time, polite, and cleaned up. You can't go wrong with this company. They are a pleasure to work with.

Kitty is a fabulous contractor. She has great people who work for her and she keeps you informed on the timeline of progress. She shows up regularly to supervise all aspects of the job. She has completed a bathroom remodel for us and we've recently hired her to redo our kitchen. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!

She managed an extensive remodel on a condo I purchased and made the process so easy and stress free for me even though I was not in town while the work was being completed. If questions arose, I could depend on her to contact me for my input rather than assume how I would want it. She was on budget and on time. Her subcontractors did quality work and Kitty was onsite more often than not. Anything I mentioned, she was right on it! I never had to ask a second time. She is very efficient and always pleasant to deal with. The job site was always clean and organized. Absolutely one of the best contractors I have ever worked with!
