Dave Hagan and KCH are extremely professional and do beautiful, quality work. We used them to redo most of our home, as well as to build a very intricate outdoor pavilion, kitchen and bathroom. Everything was done in a timely, organized and high quality way and there was always communication every step of the way. We highly recommend KCH Contracting!!

I did a job with Dave seven years ago. Very large addition on our house. It has held up well. We had a good experience with KCH, so when a new project came up for our house of course he was the first person I called. I got the same professional courtesy, the same wonderful crew working at my house, everything happened in a timely manner and as promised. These days it’s very rare to have a service professional that you still like at the end of the job, but I’m happy to say that we still Like Dave, would highly recommend him, and would use them again for another project.

We cannot begin to adequately express how pleased we are with the work of Dave and the entire KCH team! They took our original project wish list and transformed our home with results that exceeded our expectations at every turn! We own a 1928 English Tudor. KCH was the right choice for us, as it was essential we maintained the integrity, character and design spirit of the original construction. We truly appreciated the skills and experience Dave brought with an eye towards renovation rather than just build. Our project included installation of a new kitchen with adjoining family seating area and mudroom, installation of a new first floor guest bedroom & bath, 2nd floor master bedroom suite, and conversion from original oil heat/radiators to zoned central heat/air. Dave and his entire team and representing contractors were at all times professional and attentive, timely and followed our budget plan as expected. Lastly, we stayed in our home during the entire project and Dave's team were very accommodating and supportive of our presence (including our cat Bella!). KCH completed a masterful interior and exterior renovation of an 1873 farmhouse that had multiple additions and renovations before our project. Attention to detail and workmanship was spectacular!

Dave delivers quality work and has creative solutions. More importantly, he remains available to clients long after the project is finished.

Dave and his team were outstanding from the original proposal, detailed estimate, design help to completion of our project. We added a kitchen, family room to our circa 1891 home, he was very conscious of keeping period consistent features but helping us get a more open feel that we desired. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and when minor issues arose post construction he stood by his work and made the repairs no questions ask. We have had the pleasure of having KCH work in our home on 2 projects. First, was re working a master bedroom . The Second, was a total rework of basic basement to a beautiful bar, wine and entertainment area. Both projects were fantastic. His foreman and all sub-contractors were always prompt, very respectful of the house—wore booties when appropriate, always cleaned the site at the end of the day—and performed excellent work.
