About Us

Samuel Lewis Cutler founded Cutler Construction in 2008. Cutler built up a great referral based clientele primarily in San Francisco. From 2008 to 2015 Cutler did large scale full gut remodels including projects replacing complete roof top framing and foundation earthquake retrofitting. In 2016 Cutler changed gears and started focusing on kitchen and bathroom remodels, and the occasional window or door installation/replacement. Naturally Kitchen King was born. Sam Cutler is a native San Franciscan with 25+ years experience in the craftsmanship of construction and renovation in the Bay Area. Cutler's reputation has been built upon extensive knowledge, unwavering professionalism, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. His projects mirror the unique, economic, cultural, and physical landscapes of the San Francisco Bay Area. Sam leads his team with integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment. His passion for hard work stemming from early childhood drives Sam to continually evolve his craft and keep pace with this dynamic region. Along with Sam Cutler is an amazing team of Sub-Contractors.
