I have been using Lyn Gilbert for several years now. He has done multiple jobs in my home including remodeling my entire kitchen. I now have the kitchen of my dreams because of him. He also remodeled my sister's kitchen, which was so amazing that her kitchen was shown in an elite Winter Park magazine. L.M.Gilbert was our immediate contractor-of-choice when a tree fell on our house in August, 2016. Why? Since 1986, Lyn Gilbert has renovated two houses and has designed/built/remodeled,/enclosed/repaired a full kitchen, a laundry room. a garage, two sun rooms, a hand-carved mantel, a bay window, a broken-patterned mosaic multicolored slate front walkway, a roof, and the list goes on... Lyn Gilbert has done work for us over the past 25 years on two different homes. He has done two kitchens, complete redo of our home and all bathrooms. Lyn is very responsive and completes the each job when scheduled. His staff is also very conscious and have been with him for a long time. Will continue to use him for our home renovations.

After consulting w/Mr. Gilbert for several years, we were finally prepared to remodel our kitchen. I applaud his patience with our questions, concerns, costs, etc. His highly qualified team created a miracle in our kitchen. During part of the process, we were out of town. Normally a very skeptical person re: "strangers" in my home, we left, fully confident that the security of our home and continued work on the project would not be compromised. LM Gilbert, aka lyn came in to renovate my bathroom, and refinish my floors. the project was to be for 6 weeks, and 16 weeks later i begged to move back in. upon my arrival, my floor refinish has spots of the old finish throughout the house along with 1-2 inches. around the baseboards, which he has said "shoe molding" will cover that.. what covers the spots in the floor? the flooring refinisher came out and said , hmm we will try the bathroom was done in carerra marble, somehow i have a leak, and the marble is darkening with water, which lyn says is water, and could possibly be fixed, but not sure, the experts tell me a whole gut of the project. lyn does not honor his warranty and trys to get out before you notice... oh and the paint starts peeling off the walls.

Mr. Lyn Gilbert carefully listens to his clients' design ideas and solicits their wish lists; he communicates well; makes excellent suggestions; has excellent taste and is fun to work with. He has a terrific sense of humor and does fine work. His jobs are always done well, and his crew is first rate - - always careful, competent and trustworthy in our home.

Lyn Gilbert did an extensive addition for my in- laws, adding a whole new wing to the house. It came out beautiful, on time and under budget. It looks like an original part of the house. Everyone was amazed at the final product. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for remodeling or additions.
