Level Craft Construction

Level Craft worked on time and within the budget. Their attention to detail and responsiveness was soooo good. I added a second story to my house and gutted and renovated the kitchen and much of the first story. I highly recommend working with Level Craft.

Level Craft completed a full home renovation for us this year & were fantastic! Not only did they manage to stay on budget & timeline, but provided many extras such as design services. The level of communication was extremely high & the service level has not fallen at all since we moved into the finished house. They are fantastic!!

Level Craft did a wonderful job on our major house renovation. They communicated well, always let us know what was going on and what to expect, and worked hard to make everything exactly as we wanted it. We also loved working with their designer, which made the process much easier. We did have a few, relatively minor issues here and there, but they were very responsive and addressed them all. Overall, we were very happy with them.

Virginia and Debbie are an absolute joy to work with. We interviewed multiple contractors before choosing Level Craft and they did not disappoint. We were quoted a competitive rate and they stayed on budget and completed on time! They were both easy to reach at any given time and highly responsive. Their project manager Torrence is a great asset as he ensures the subs stay on task and perform quality work. A major benefit and value added service of working with Level Craft is their willingness to assist with the design aspects of choosing finishes and fixtures. Our project turned out better than we could've imagined and we couldn't be happier! If we ever take on another project in the future they will be the only contractors we call :-)

We have built and renovated several homes over the last 25 years. Would have to say that Virginia and her partner Debbie were by far the best of the builders/developers we have worked with. Honest, responsive, ethical and communicate well.

After several reviews of other contractors in our area, my wife and I chose Level Craft. We hired them to build a 2 car garage w/ a 2nd floor one bedroom apartment in the back of our city lot property. We hired Level Craft for several reasons: their wealth of building experience in the City of Decatur, their consultative approach on every decision, small or large, and their responsiveness to any questions or issues we had on the project. Virginia and Debbie were incredibly professional, insightful and patient with us during the entire project. Everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Level Craft finished our house in October last year and did an excellent job. They take pride in their work. They finished the work ahead of schedule and the quality of the workmanship is top notch. Virginia and Debbie at Level Craft Construction were a delight and very easy to work with. We had a couple of change requests during the build and they were very responsive and did their best to incorporate what they could. I would highly recommend them.

I don't imagine it happens very often when someone has zero complaints about their contractor. This is one such case. From day one, Virginia and Debbie of Level Craft have been responsive, attentive, and focused on our project. We've yet to experience any gaps between subs -- in fact, there have been only one or two days total when someone hasn't been at our house working, so we've enjoyed efficient, noticable progress each week. Virginia and Debbie know their stuff and, more importantly, know how to execute a beautiful build. Highly recommend!
