Addition Home Project. Luxor/Mario was fantastic , kind , considerate and knew his business! I will never have anyone but him! Great service, easy to schedule & work with and super clean-up plus very good pricing. We will hire them for the next job. Everyone in the company was extremely nice to work with, and fun too! Beyond pleased with the entire experienced and would highly recommend Luxor Development Group for all of your Home Renovation, Addition.

Be very careful in using this company!!! The owner was quite unprofessional with us once the contract was signed and he received most of his money. Rushed us to pay him before he even completed the work and then walked away from the project without finishing it and never refunded us hundreds of dollars for work he did not do. Made us pay for custom cabinetry that he bought from Ikea but did not make price adjustments for it. He made mistakes with a wall wear town and then pretended that was what we asked for. Thankfully, the contract included all the details of the project so he eventually made that component of the project right when it was brought to his attention. We had to hire other people to finish his work. He did a project for our family members and was completely unprofessional/ disrespectful with them too. We will never get near this company again.

Did a full bathroom renovation with Mario in the summer of 2020. Note my house is an older one, so it isn't quite as simple as newer cookie-cutter developments and there were some definite quirks to it that had to be worked around. He also had another long-term employee (10+ years working alongside him) there every day fulltime who could deal with everything. It is not like some operators who literally have a changing cast of characters every week. Reliable, trustworthy, hard-working, and pretty good value for your money are words that come to mind. I'm pleased with how things turned out. Every day on site, Mario and his employee were respectful, left the job site and staging area clean each evening, and did their best to minimize the inconvenience of the renovation process. There were cheaper quotes that I got, but the way things were presented, necessary things like tile, toilet, vanities, etc were not included in the figure, so the prices are basically the same. With Mario / Luxor, you also know you are getting a company that has been in this business for a long time. To me, it was almost scary when some contractors would propose me e-transfering significant sums of money to Gmail accounts to begin the process. Maybe they are legit, maybe they aren't.....I just didn't want to have to find out the hard way. I'd gladly do it again with him. In fact....if the economy would ever come out of this COVID nosedive, I have a bigger project at this house that I will undertake with him.

Mario and his team are very detailed in their work ethic and attention to detail . I will recommend Mario for any Construction Project Commercial or Residential.He is a perfectionist and a very skilled contractor who pays attention to detail. I will be using them for another project in the near future just waiting for the City Permit. Luxor stands behind its quality and has a team of experts in all fields to make sure the JOB IS DONE CORRECTLY! Thank you!

Renovation We hired Marios Home Renovation so that he can do our renovation. When it came time to start the job, Mario and his team arrived on time every day and worked hard until the job was done. The crew was great, polite and very clean. I am very impressed with his work, especially when it comes to modern renovating. Everything was completed on time & budget. We are more than happy with the quality of the materials and thrilled with the work!Very knowledgeable GC and great service. Reno House. Mario and his team was very professional and honest with us. His knowledge of construction was very helpful, their work and craftsmanship is the best I've ever experienced when working with a contractor. We are very happy with Luxor. Our main floor wasn't in the greatest condition. Mario knew exactly what to do. It was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Mario's team was full of helpful ideas.
