In October 2014, I purchased a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo that needed a complete overhaul. I interviewed several contractors, but when I met with Sasha, I knew immediately that I found the right person for the job: Sasha is very professional and knowledgeable, but at the same time patient and thorough, while always keeping a smile on his face. The way he prepared his estimate was easy for me to understand and follow along the way, and his projected timeline for the work turned out to be exactly right. He also stayed within the agreed budget. Sasha and his team touched every inch of my condo - new floors, adding and removing walls, new kitchen, new bathrooms, all walls and doors painted. They installed new hardware and light fixtures throughout, as well as fitting new shelving into existing cupboards and building a home office desk space from scratch. Everything was done with the greatest detail and care, and the outcome exceeded my expectation.
