A client bought a parking lot to be re-developed as a single residence. We were hired to do the entire project. We worked with an architect in the early stage of developing architectural plans and obtaining all permits. Project scope included:demolition of existing asphalt and concrete walls,excavation and ground compacting, foundation and establishing of underground plumbing, concrete slab, framing, all electical and plumbing works, drywall, A/C.We completed all interior work including; kitchen cabinets, tile work, flooring and painting, On the ourside we built concrete deck area and driveway, irrigation system and landscape lighting
