After long research we found Martins Construction and we are glad we did! Our 35 years old kitchen was desperate for a redo and we initially looked for a separate designer and contractor for our project but then we found Martins Construction, they did the design for us and showed us on a computer how it will look like, we loved the design and price was in line of others so we pulled the trigger. 4 weeks later we received a beautiful kitchen

We found Martins Construction through a recommendation from our neighbor who had used him previously. We have a 1946 home and were at our wits on how to make the house more functional since the family has grown and had considering moving. Martins Construction did a complete makeover by adding a 2nd storey master suite extension, tearing down the entire lower floor to its studs, remodeling the house, building a patio, and skimming the exterior stucco in less than six months. Robert is very detailed and proactive. He thinks things through and do not construct blindly and highlights issues in advance. We are very appreciative of his extensive experience and attention to detail. Since we had no significant experience in construction and remodeling, Robert takes the time to explain options and details to us, and sometimes had to repeat himself due to my lack of experience. He also took the time to accompany us shopping for our vanities, floors and tiles, and suggested many ways to help us save money. Robert treated our project as if he is renovating his own home and he takes a lot of pride in his service. He responded quickly to questions and is easily reachable even during weekends, which we appreciate since we are on a tight timeline for such a large project. Robert is also an excellent project manager and completed the project on time, which enabled us to move back by the time our lease expired In addition, Robert is very honest and reliable, and we have complete trust in his judgment. We did not had to worry incessantly when he was managing our project. His crew is also very respectful, and some of the subcontractors he worked with were very complimentary of Robert. I bought a home in South Bay with 2 bedroom and 1 bath . I did a major addition of 2 bedroom and 2 bath making my property 4 bedroom and 3 bath . I also did a kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel on existing house . Everything was done in great quality and within budget . I will hire them again in my next project .

Rob and his team finished our kitchen remodel on time and on budget. Not only was the project well-organized (thanks to Rob), the workmanship was great as well. Whenever there was an issue (all were minor), Rob took care of them quickly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives.

I've been meaning to write a review for a little while now so I am happy I finally got to it. I decided to go with Martins Construction back in November for multiple reasons. From our initial meeting I could tell that they are a genuine company that really cares. Since I wasn't too familiar with the system, it was important for me to go with a good company. Martins Construction is exactly what I needed, timely, honest, informative and hard working. We did a few things to our house, we expanded the kitchen and added a family room with a bathroom. We love our new kitchen and our spacious family room. It truly made a difference in our life style, we now actually enjoy cooking in our new kitchen. The process went smoothly because we knew we were in good hands. Our project manager, Robert, would check on the job daily and made sure all of our questions were answered. Martins Construction remodeled our kitchen remodel & master bathroom. Their prices were reasonable and the work-quality is superb. They cleaned the house before they left each day. Robert Martins listens and communicates very well. When my parents needed a rush wheelchair-access remodel, his price was great and he finished in 9 days. Will use them for all future work.

I bought my 3 Bedroom Condo in Playa del Rey in June 2013 and had an initial renovation budget of $50 K including materials in June 2013. The first contractor that I hired made a lot of mistakes and did not finish the job. A friend of mine recommended Martins Construction who added an additional story to her home. I did not want to call at first because the website looks expensive and I was afraid that I cant afford it and I got an estimate and it was reasonable. Rob's team helped me fix and finish the job and bring it up to code. Rob's carpenter helped me fix the shaky doors and his plumber fixed loose faucet. My fire clay farm house sink was also fixed since the initial contractor overcut the granite. The wall paint and moulding were also touched up. They also fixed the closet and doors since they don't close properly. My brand new jet tub was also not working and that too was fixed. I am very satisfied with Rob' work and I am hiring him again to build a 650 sq feet guest unit at the new property I bought in El Segundo.
