I’m Alex, a founder of ModernGeneralContractor. I used to work as a construction worker, staying neat and organized I was always told by peers: “What are you trying to prove?”. That's when I decided to establish the company with the main idea to change a perception of the majority of people that contractors are messy, not organized, make a lot of mistakes and cause stress for homeowners. Our mission is to provide flawless execution of your project, be honest and responsive. We prioritize quality, safety and client relationships in our work. We believe that being grateful to customers, suppliers, and others who support our business will bring enormous opportunities and success. A little bit about my background. I have worked as a headquarters in the oil&gas industry managing quality assurance and quality control, equipment manufacturing, facility improvement. Switched to the construction industry I worked as a tradesman to found the ModernGeneralContractor. There is barely nothing that I can’t fix or build myself, this gives me confidence and result in success performing construction projects. I’m a graduate of 2 years UCLA Construction Management program, a certified Quality Professional and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. My background, respectful and motivating approach to our team, honesty and responsiveness to our Clients blended with a passion for what we do makes ModernGeneralContractor distinct in the industry.
