Morrissey Builders is an award winning remodeler and builder specializing in green and sustainable homes. We are sensitive to conditions such as indoor air quality. Our goal is a healthy and comfortable home for you and your family. We are part of the pioneering community for the advancement of green building in the state of Minnesota. We built the first LEED silver certified home in Minnesota and have participated in the MN GreenStar remodeling and new construction certification programs. We believe it is important to continue to incorporate MN GreenStar and LEED certification into our projects. Our latest endeavors include constructing the first certified Passive House in the Twin Cities area and Wisconsin, and also focusing on building toward zero energy through retrofits and new construction. We are enthusiastic about contributing to being the catalyst for the green building tipping point in Minnesota.
