My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Our approach is simple. There are two ways in which to do things, right or again. We strive to do things correctly, the first time. From spacious kitchens to space-saving kitchens, luxury and refreshed baths, to decks, additions and full design-build homes, our process is designed to ensure your project is timely, within budget, and will meet the most exacting standards. We do not offer services for any prefab Installations: i.e. carports, sheds. Everything we do is built to ensure the highest quality and optimum return on investment.

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my primary bath as well as a smaller jack and jill bath remodel done by MTD Construction. I had a sense of confidence throughout the process with MTD and the entire crew. Ultimately this led to complete satisfaction of the work done. Matt and Shelley were professional, responsive and always a joy to work with. I never felt like I was going to be abandoned like some of the horror stories you hear where a job had been started and then never finished, leaving a mess. I could always contact Shelley or Matt, they were very responsive. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you MTD Construction for seeing my dream and making it a reality!
