We've been in the house for 18 months and it is phenomenal. We started the process with Ryan and an architect he recommended in late 2020--the worst possible time with COVID, inflation on the rise, a change in flood zone designation during the design and two hurricanes during the construction. Building a house is challenging in the best of times but this was insane. Ryan and his team met the challenge. Everyone who visits the house comments how much they love the house, from friends and workers to the delivery people. It is a beautiful piece of architecture exquisitely executed with amazing attention to detail. We've gone through two hurricanes since moving in and the house suffered no damage, even though we are locate directly on the water. Overall we have to say that Nautilus has been a great pleasure to work with and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Nautilus was amazing! They were collaborative and proactive to my project on my mid century home. I have worked with other contractors, they do not compare. Ryan and his team were by far the most professional and supportive people I have worked with. The supervisors were knowledgeable and very responsive to any issues that came up. There were no surprises as everything was discussed personally and documented through change orders. I felt the business side of this company was as good as the talent they employ. I valued the excellent communication of this team which other firms fall short.

Ryan and his team are very professional - including his subcontractors. They all worked with diligence and care on my historic remodel, and the end result is amazing! My superintendent Kendall was courteous, professional and always kept his promises; and Nautilus delivered based on the timeline they projected, which is pretty rare with construction projects. What I appreciated most about working with Nautilus was Ryan's personal interest in my project - he didn't treat it like a job, but rather treated it as if he were the owner. Much of his input and suggestions are what made my house the home it is today.

As a realtor, there is a responsibility to be an extra set of eyes for our clients and look for true quality in every home.
