Slobodan (Bobby) Stankovic and his son Nemanja (Nem) Stankovic, are both card holding members of the Drywall Acoustic Lathing and Insulation Union Local 675. Both men have 30+ years combined contracting experience and hold Certificates Of Qualification (CofQ) for Drywall and Framing. After working together for six years, Bobby and Nem both left the security of their union jobs to branch out on their own. Nemsta Construction provides professional, quality and cost effective solutions. Services include, blueprint reading, framing, drywalling, painting. carpentry, tiles and flooring. Converting empty spaces into functioning, finished and furnished living or office space is the ideal project. Dental and medical offices requiring leaded drywall to protect against X-Ray machines have become a niche market for Nemsta. The company has completed several medical, dental and hospital construction projects. Building or improving outdoor living spaces with decks, patios, fences and gates are also in the company arsenal. The company utilizes the best of modern materials, tools and technology to deliver a quality and enduring result. Nemsta Construction has access to many trusted tradesmen and tradeswomen and can provide contractor services, sub-contractor services, consulting services and/or project management.
