NEW DAY Construction

The team at New Day Construction were considerate, helpful, and completely professional throughout the entire project. Our home was going on 40 years old and needed a complete to the studs tear down and remodel. It now feels like a home that will hopefully last another 40 years. The Job got quoted at taking only 3 months to finish, which at the beginning of the project felt optimistic to me. However to the teams credit they finished in the three month time frame even with additional work that came up over the course of the project. Absolute 10/10 I would not hesitate to recommend New Day Construction to anyone who needs work done.

I first met with Peter and Serjay in October of 2022. We had been looking to get our kitchen remodeled after our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. We had also been looking to find a contractor to start our addition. We had permits and plans ready to go. We were so impressed by their knowledge and expertise we had signed contracts for both jobs. Both Peter and Serjay are patient and listen to what we wanted for all of our projects. With every renovation there is stress but they have orchestrated and lined up all their trades to not only meet deadlines but also we a week ahead of schedule to finish our kitchen. All their employees take pride in their work and the workmanship shows and they are polite and leave the job site clean. We are currently finishing up the addition and we are absolutely impressed with how things are going. All the trades employees including their own employees do phenomenal work. During the addition process we decided to redo and had New Day construction add that to our bid. We absolutely love our new deck and use it non-stop. We can't wait for the finished project of the addition and our hall bath. We love working with them and will be using them for future projects and recommending them to anyone that needs an addition, kitchen remodel, deck, etc! I recently had the opportunity to work with NEW DAY Construction on a home remodeling project, including a bathroom remodel. They completely gutted and remodeled our bathroom, including new flooring, a new vanity, and a beautiful walk-in shower. The end result is a stunning and functional space that we are so happy with. Peter is amazing! Not only did he complete my project in a timely manner, he was also very communicative during the whole process. He explained things very well and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure my vision was being executed at the level expected. Doing improvements can be a very stressful experience and Peter is great at balancing all of the people and projects going on so the stress of that didn't get translated to me, the customer. He went above and beyond to ensure that not only was it was done properly but put in extra work and attention to detail to ensure it came out even better than expected! His strong expertise allowed him to provide recommendations on materials, installation and design which we ultimately used in the project and I'm glad we did! Not only is he great at managing at a high level, but he is also a passionate craftsman, who designed and custom built the wainscoting, fireplace mantel and built-in chest. I also had the pleasure of working with Serge towards the end- another expert in the field and great at multitasking on different projects. I highly recommend and would certainly use them again for future projects!
