Many will tell you that looking for a builder online is the quickest way to get burned. We are happy to report that after finding David on Houzz, that was not true in our case. In fact - we feel that we found the BEST builder here on Houzz and would rate him 10 out 10 if that was an option. He was with us in every step of the way, from meeting with us to find land, to picking out door knobs - he never let us feel overwhelmed and was always there to answers our questions. David is someone who will listen to you and will help you achieve your vision. We built during a time of high costs and scarce materials. Yet we never dealt with major delays on things that would hold up the schedule and he did his best to keep our costs down as much as he could. He promised that we would be in by Christmas, and held true to his word - We moved in with time to spare and get a few decorations up. Building a home is one of the most stressful things that you can go through, and we can honestly say having David with New Rosslyn Construction guiding us through this process, was the best we could have asked for.
