Great renovation job ! We wanted to do a kitchen renovation and condo renovations can be tricky, but these guys were pros through and through. They knew exactly how to maximize my limited kitchen space and transform it into a functional, modern, and stylish cooking zone. Despite the limited footprint, they achieved a layout that felt open and modern. They stuck to the timeline and stayed within the budget, despite the unique challenges of condo renovations. I really like our new kitchen. If you're looking for top-notch renovation work, I highly recommend them. Thanks

From the initial rendering to the execution and to completion, my kitchen and living room remodeling went smooth and on time. Al, Reza and the whole team were amazing. Communication is very important during any project, needless to say how much more critical it became during the time of restriction. I was very particular in how I wanted cabinets to look like and all my ideas came to reality exactly how I wanted. Al and Reza advised on the design of finishing touches and transformed my kitchen from old traditional into modern loft type with the touch of traditional elements. They were very knowledgeable, professional and creative in Custom Build Homes, and goes out of way to take care of their clients needs. Their personable and caring nature made the entire experience very comfortable for us. They have earned great respect not only with us, but with all the trades that were involved in the project. Reza is a very nice and patient person. The construction team did everything well, they communicate with you on time. If there is anything wrong they will fix them for you without complaints. Also, if you are the kind of person that wants your house to be in a certain style but does not want to pick every material by yourself, Reza has a great sense of aesthetics. You will not be disappointed with his choices.

We found odima after meeting a number contractors to do our home renovation. Initially we really liked the photos on their profile and did a little more research and checked their past work on their website and really though of giving them a shot. I am happy to say they did not let us down. The project went exactly as we discussed it before the start and everything was smooth and in-time. Overall I would definitely recommend them to my friends, they are professionals and more importantly know what they are doing! Thank you guys for the work, we are very happy with the result. Cheers

This was second time I worked with Reza and his team and they still exceeded my expectations. First time they renovated my entire basement, and this time they did a full house renovation. Definitely recommending to all of my friends - fast, clean, honest work, good job.
