Extremely professional in every detail. Look no further! I had all but given up hope of finding a contractor to do a modest structural improvement to my house (extending an existing half-floor above my car bays). Out of a large number of contractors listed on various web sites, One Source was the only company I found that has everything in place: reasonable and intelligent estimate of costs and reliable and consistent change orders as requested or required; legal details (all licenses and insurance certificates in the right names and immediately available and a legitimate and fair contract); subcontractors (ready and available to come, return and meet reasonable schedules); construction knowledge (made key suggestions to improve the final result with obvious understanding of the project's needs for a phased home improvement); online invoicing and payment; and timely securing of permits and inspections. I am an extremely demanding customer, and One Source Construction provided as close to a perfect construction experience as I could expect. Moreover, they are nice people to work with.
