This 5-star review doesn't mean that everything went perfectly or perfectly smoothly. What it does mean is that Pacific Builders as a company and as a team is ultra-knowledgeable, resourceful, deeply experienced, able to select and successfully manage subcontractors, solve the inevitable unexpected problems that arise and do all this politely, with good humor and flexibility. In almost every aspect they made sure we were pleased with the result of a particular completed milestone. In the case of our guesthouse project — as is typical — we got ideas along the way, made changes, insisted on a few things, expanded the project by about 15%, etc. Pacific Builders — despite having many other more lucrative irons in the fire — were supportive and agreeable. It took longer than we would have expected or were predicted but the results have stood the test of time which, after all, is the bottom line. We are 100% happy with the end result and so are our guests.
