The proposal and budget was very detailed so there were no surprises. When we did have to make changes, Harvey presented the options and we decided. Lastly, we were on a tight schedule and everything was completed on time and on budget. We are really happy with the results and are enjoying our new rooms!”

After seeing what he had done with this project, my appreciation for residential architecture truly heightened. This home is definitely one of my top favorite buildings in San Luis Obispo. The details on this building are incredible, and the interior spaces are unique and ravishing.
Besides his designs however, Peter is a really down to earth person and very easy to talk to. He is nice, charming, and very well knowledgeable in his trade. Working with him is always wonderful, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.”
