My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

They built our beautiful garage/ADU - completed in April. They created a great design and implemented it with a very professional and friendly staff. I wanted a high quality ADU since I may decide to live in it sometime in the future. They took care of all the permits and inspections and made sure I was kept up to date at all times. If you want the best, then you deserve the best.

We had the best experience working with Pacific1 Construction when updating our 1970s kitchen at our home. They worked tirelessly round the clock to complete the kitchen remodeling project much earlier than the proposed timeline. They said originally that it should take 5-6 weeks but they got it done in 4 weeks, which is unheard of! The project managers Chris and his team were very polite, reliable and professional. The remodeled kitchen looked spectacular - even better than the design pictures they had drawn up for me initially. I highly recommend them for their excellent workmanship, responsiveness and timeliness.

Chris and team are amazing! We hired them to remodel our kitchen and bathroom in our new home. We connected with them through and signed with them the same day. They were professional, friendly and helpful. They were incredible with walking us through the remodeling process since we had no clue what we were doing. We just purchased a home and it needed a complete renovation. We wanted to add two rooms, redo the kitchen, bathrooms, and include a pool in our outdoor area. We heard about Pacific1 Construction from a work colleague. We searched this company online and were pleased with the great reviews and work. We called Charlie (Owner) directly and scheduled a consultation. He provided great insight and walked us through the timeline and costs. Turned out wonderfully. From my experience, I would highly recommend Pacific1 Construction.

Pacific1 Construction designed and build our 6,000 sq ft house. They took our ideas and made them better. As the project progressed they improved the design and solved problems as the reality of the construction unveiled ways to make it better or address issues. The entire process, from beginning to end, went extremely well. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of the people working for Pacific1 Construction. Our home looks beautiful. I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering a project.

We found Pacific1 Construction through Houzz for a Full Master Bathroom remodel. The guys finished the job ahead of the time estimated & right on budget & original price quoted. The quality of their craftsmen's work is truly professional. Everyone that walks into the house is wowed by the results. Our Bathroom after the remodel is not only beautiful, but so much more functional as well. Overall, we had a great experience. WE suggest going only with Pacific1 Construction.

Pacific1 Construction just finished our backyard project yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the results or the process. From my first e-mail to Pacific1 through the designer's site visit, we are treated with consideration, promptness and with the full respect a much bigger project would guarantee. Our designer, let us know in advance when things were expected to happen and always called us if the workers or material were delayed. They also worked around times we would be out of town and most importantly they spent time on the job site on most work days. I highly recommend Pacific1 Construction and look forward to working with them again.

Pacific1 Construction did a kitchen and master bathroom remodel for me. They were absolutely top-notch and wonderful to work with. They paid close attention to detail. They worked in a timely manner and finished the entire remodel on time. They cleaned up the work space every evening before leaving and hauled off all trash daily. The price stayed within my budget. I am very happy with everything Pacific1 Construction did and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job. Professional, punctual, polite, kept job site clean, fair pricing, extremely hard working. Chris checked in frequently, to be sure we were satisfied as the work progressed. Especially appreciated that he was true to his word, and did not try to upsell unnecessary services. They built a beautiful, low retaining wall, carefully planted a steep hill, revived an irrigation system, and corrected the disaster of a job left behind by a previous contractor. Highly recommend Pacific1 Construction.
