Amazing experience all around- professionalism from day one and ability to communicate expectations- quality is top notch, and very responsive when issues arise and are rectified immediately- Parthy took away the hassle of dealing with multiple subcontractors and planning, they committed to schedule and executed and delivered on time- that’s my fifth project with Parthy on entire house flooring and countertop. I also used them for painting, pool resurface and travertine install- been a great experience . Highly recommended

Literally, the hardest part of the project was finding the correct contractor. After several no shows, no return calls/visits, and lack of overall professionalism, we met with Beshoy Yousef, owner of Parthy Construction. He came out for a lengthy site visit, listened to our ideas, took notes and pictures, and provided us with a detailed estimate, which we accepted after a couple of back and forth line item discussions. Beshoy assisted in securing for us an architect and helped with a needed zoning variance. We broke ground in June 2025 on an 18’x20’ additional bedroom. Start to finish was a little over three months. They handled all the permitting and inspections. Our main project manager, Mina, was excellent, as was his sidekick Mark. He kept us posted as to what the current and next activities were, and worked with us on a plethora of decisions which needed to be made every week. He offered numerous ideas along the way which we hadn’t thought of. Michele (the lady that holds everything together in the office) was great at getting the invoices out on time. All subcontractors were timely, professional, reasonably clean (construction is rarely “clean”), and did excellent work. All the work was done while we continued to live in the house. We did re-home the cat and bird for several weeks during the worst of it. The finished product exceeded our expectations and wows our friends. From the outside, the in-line addition’s concrete block walls, windows, roofing, soffits and fascia, paint, all give the look that it’s always been part of the house. There were a number of necessary items outside the contract which we had to purchase out of pocket. While they kept completely within their budget, the non-contract items (specific windows, doors, paint, flooring, trim, etc) ran us an additional 15%-20%. Are we happy with their finished product? Absolutely. Would we use them again? Absolutely. Do we recommend them? Absolutely!

Beshoy and his team were very communicative throughout the project and kept our unique needs in mind at every turn. We used them for a new roof and a new deck/roof. Definitely recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of the end-to-end experience with Parthy. They are fast, communicative, accommodating, and have a stellar team of subcontractors. Not to mention, there is a dedicated project manager on-site nearly every day! We recently finished a home addition that included a new kitchenette with laundry, plus a bathroom remodel. I’m so pleased with the entire process and, of course, the results. It was a complete game changer from my previous experiences with contractors. I’ve recommended Parthy to everyone who will listen to me and can’t wait to get started on my next projects!

We went with Parthy Construction to renovate our master bedroom and bath. We worked closely with Mina, Michelle, and Beshoy. Overall, the project was a success. The original estimated time for completion was 8-12 weeks, and the crew finished within 4-weeks. There were some minor issues (chips in paint, leaking sink, rehanging the mirror, the vinyl flooring dirty or ashy), but Mina came back to fix the problems immediately. We are happy with how project turned out. My only recommendation would be to make a more in depth material list with recommendations. This was our first 'big' home project and we have no knowledge regarding home improvement. In the contract we knew we were purchasing the lights, grout, etc., but we wanted to make sure we bought the right items for the crew.

I worked with Parthy Construction to covert a covered porch into livable space. The initial estimate was reasonable and work began promptly. As, I expect, often happens there were issues but Parthy Construction were quick to provide estimates - again they were reasonable. We also made a change to add a large landing/deck and once again Parthy were easy to work with. Once construction began the crew were attentive and responsive. The communication between the project supervisor was excellent and we alway knew when someone was going to be at the site. Also, I was impressed by the skill and capabilities of the professionals who were brought in to do specific work (painters, dry wall, electric etc). They were all professional and skilled. I could not be happier with the final result.

We've just completed our third project with Parthy Construction, and we wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. Working with Beshoy, Mina and Michele gave me so much peace of mind. They completely renovated our kitchen, dining room and master bathroom, and we are so happy with their work. We were in communication with our Project Manager, Mina, the whole time, and he was SO HELPFUL. We aren't DIY-ers, so we really had no clue about a lot of things involved in home renovation, but Mina was so kind in answering lots of questions, guiding us on decisions (so many decisions), and following up to ensure things were done properly.

Parthy Construction recently finished a complete remodel of my master bathroom and replaced a side garage door. Beshoy, the owner of Parthy Construction, is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgable, and a man of great integrity. He suggested ideas to make my project even better than what I had planned, and I could't be happier with the results! I now have a spectacular bathroom that has received rave reviews from my friends and family. His pricing was fair and the quality of the work was outstanding. The entire team couldn't have more of a joy to work with. Mina was here everyday to oversee whatever work was being done. Beshoy's assistant, Charlie, was here frequently, and Beshoy came by several times as well. They took care of every detail and quickly responded to any concerns I had. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and always wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work as it progressed. The entire team responded to my texts and emails very quickly, usually within minutes. I put off doing this remodel for years because I didn't know how to go about finding a great contractor. I was very fortunate and blessed to find Parthy Construction, and I would definitely use them again for future projects.

I had party construction come out to my home to remove a window and two sets of sliding glass doors and construct walls in their place. The work was done with professionalism and in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

Parthy construction just completed the reconstruction of my 1980's sunken step down tub into a beautiful updated walk in shower with a custom made shower bench and niche. This company is both responsive and responsible, from the initial estimate until completion of the job. The owner contacted me to provide the initial estimate almost immediately after I contacted him. The price was fair and contracts were drawn up and signed listing the scope of the work as well as the payment schedule. Work began right after they pulled permits and the worker (s) showed up consistently everyday, working diligently and making sure that I was happy at each step. Being a very particular person, I pointed out things that I wanted done a certain way and the company complied believing that the customer needs to be happy. The owner and the others that supervise the projects are hands-on, showing up at the job site to check on progress in addition to the workers sending pictures to them at each stage of the job. The owner always responded to my texts in a timely manner and he personally called me several times during the job which I appreciated. I ended up with a beautiful new custom tiled shower and bathroom floor that I will enjoy for years to come and I would recommend them without reservation for small or large home improvement jobs.

Parthy Construction just completed a renovation project for us, and we will definitely work with them again! Our job was small but complex, as it involved every aspect of construction: framers, concrete block, electric, drywall, A/C install, etc. We were in constant communication with Beshoy (the owner) and Charlie (a foreman) during the entire project, and we appreciated their patience with us and their support. Most of all I appreciate their helpfulness and willingness to educate us on all options so we could make informed decisions. The project involved total reroofing with architectural shingles and ceiling repair where there had been water damage. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable cost.

Everything Parthy said he would do, he did it exactly how i wanted. No games like most contractors. Price is fair for very good quality. The days he said he would be there, he was there. I did not have to beg for them to work and when we agreed on dates and times they were there. Excellent in tile work, drywall work and painting. That is what i used them for. I will use them again and only them for all household work.

This is our 3rd project we’ve worked with Parthy Construction. Always on time, always courteous, always high quality work and good communication throughout. Recommend them for big projects like total kitchen or bath remodels or small jobs like tile or flooring.

Exceptional experience. I contacted Parthy Construction for a quote for repairs to my townhouse along 9 other construction companies. One other construction company returned my call and give me a sky high estimates for the repairs 2 weeks after i called them and the rest didn't even respond. Mr. Yousef from Parthy answered his phone promptly and came to assess the damage the same day, then give me a much lower estimates than the other company. Their worked with my HOA and they finished all work and inspections 1 week before the deadline they promised me which is unheard of. I definitely recommend them. They are honest, do a great job, and on time.

My wife and I just completed a $100,000 kitchen remodel using Parthy LLC. Beshoy was very professional from start to finish. We had a couple delays that were no fault of his that could have lasted longer, but he got his subs to take care of it and finished everything on time. He was also very reasonable on his pricing. We would definitely hire him again.

Parthy LLC construction did an excellent remodel for me. After Hurricane Irma, I needed drywall and tile replaced. I also had them remodel my bathroom. Parthy LLC was quick to respond to my request for a quote and the process was explained so I knew what to expect. I was given a cost and time line quote that they stayed true to. The work was professionally done, I couldn’t be happier. I am already planning on having them remodel my other bathroom.

I hired Parthy LLC for a job mainly because of there professionalism, honesty, and competitive pricing. I never felt that they were suggesting unnecessary items or additional recommendations that were unnecessary like many other companies. I will definitely be working with Parthy LLC again in the future.

Parthy Construction under Beshoy's direction remodeled a bathroom that had been severely damaged below the floor and unobserved due to years of shower drain leakage. Their work reinforced the damaged joists, replaced the floor and interior walls; installed new custom tiled shower stall and new toilet and lavatory, painted, etc. The work was professionally done at an acceptable price and it looks great!
