We have built several homes. Gabe and his group were very knowledgable and helpful during building stage. He was very hands on and no problem getting hold of. It hasn't stopped after we moved in.

Gabe built a house for me and my husband 6 years ago. We had previously built another home, and the building process had been a major headache. Building with Gabe was entirely different. He was a pleasure from starting with the plans to the day we moved in. Even after that there were a few things that needed attention, and he always came right away to see about them and get them taken care of. Gabe has the best disposition I have ever seen, and I have never seen him angry with anyone! Our previous builder was always shouting at someone about something, but I have never seen or heard Gabe raise his voice to anyone. In fact, most of the time he has something really funny to say about whatever it is. We are still friends, and we recommend him very highly.

Pasadera completed my home in June, 2015. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Gabe and his team's follow up has been superb. Every issue we have had has been resolved with speed and fairness. My most important rule was "no surprises" and he delivered. My experience during the building phase and the follow up phase has been very good. I recommend Pasadera without hesitation.
