We recently completed a major renovation with PineCo Homes, and we genuinely could not be happier with both the finished result and the experience of working with Matt and Adam, and their entire team. What stood out most to us was the level of communication and transparency throughout the entire project. From the beginning, everything was explained clearly and in detail. When decisions needed to be made, they took the time to walk us through our options, explain the pros and cons, and point out things we might not have considered ourselves. We never felt pressured toward a particular choice — we felt informed and involved. It truly felt like we were working together as a team. They were also exceptionally well organized. Anyone who has lived through a significant renovation knows how many moving pieces there are, but the schedule was managed incredibly well. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and when we needed to make decisions. When the inevitable questions or unexpected issues came up, they were addressed openly and thoughtfully rather than becoming a source of stress. Just as impressive was the quality of the people PineCo brought into our home. Every subcontractor and tradesperson we dealt with reflected the same professionalism, respect and attention to detail. They were friendly, reliable, considerate of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. Renovating your home is a significant investment, and choosing a contractor requires a tremendous amount of trust. Looking back, choosing PineCo was one of the best decisions we made. They delivered a beautiful result, but just as importantly, they made what could have been a very stressful process feel organized, collaborative and manageable. We would recommend PineCo Homes without hesitation and would absolutely work with them again.

We were introduced to PineCo Homes by our designer Rachel Deelstra for our kitchen and bathroom renewals. So my family and I needed to refinish our basement and after a long and tedious process of trying to find the right contractor at a fair price we contacted PineCo. Adam came out to discuss our project with us and take measurements and photos to give us a plan of what our basement could look like. After receiving their quote which was by far the most reasonable of all the quotes we got, we gave them our business, and we are so glad we did! They were professional polite and very friendly and personable. They were straightforward and honest every step of the way, with the utmost transparency with everything they did. Never once was I concerned that there would be any charges that werent agreed upon in the contract. They take you through every step of the process as its happening and deal with you with the respect and friendliness that you expect from a team that is in your house every day for months. PineCo was the best decision we made - our basement is beautiful, done right and is exactly what we wanted - if you are looking for any construction or contractor work, use them they will not disappoint and you will love the interaction and the quality and craftsmanship every step of the way! Adam, Matt and their crews are all so nice and professional I will use them for every major and minor project we do for years to come - we have recommended them to all of our family and friends, and we are recommending them to you too!

Excellent work. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. They covered the hall floors to protect them while coming in and out with material. They cleaned up and left the space in good order. We will definitely have PineCo back to do some more work in our basement. Thanks guys.

After meeting with several contractors, we chose PineCo to complete our main floor kitchen and living room renovation, including the removal of a load bearing wall and changing the location of the kitchen. From the start Matt and Adam were personable and professional. They have extreme attention to detail but also had no trouble adjusting on the fly to suit our requests. This was our first major home renovation and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality of PineCo Homes Inc. They were professional, polite, clean and most importantly qualified to do the job. They took our basement from cement floors & walls to a finished rec room, full bathroom (with the most amazing custom built shower), laundry area and storage room. They were able to complete the project on time and within the budget. They worked with us to design and make the space work for us and kept it real with the cost and what we could expect. I can't wait to work with Adam and his team again on our next renovation project.

As we envisioned our big picture project, Adam facilitated, planned, and executed on every minute detail. PineCo ensured every single subcontractor was delivering the best result. Our project was a demolition of approximately 70% of the living space, we opened a wall, supported with LVL, and renovated everything inside the exterior walls. We are thrilled to have used PineCo and will be repeat customers.

So impressed with the transformation PineCo completed on our home. As first time home owners AND first time renovators, we were stressed with the unknown, however Adam and Matt helped us navigate our main floor remodel every step of the way. The job was not a small undertaking as we had to take our home down to the studs in order to refresh the layout to suit our needs.
