Tom and his team were amazing. They finished an attic for us, including a weight room and half bath, renovated a full bathroom, put in coffered ceilings, half walls and painted. Tom and his team were extremely professional and very accommodating. I have since referred 4 friends to Tom and 3 of them have already started or completed their work.

Tom and his team worked on a screened in porch with deck and pergola. They made my vision come to life. His crew was very accommodating as changes during the project came up without any problem. Always on time and work was completed on schedule right in time for my thanksgiving dinner party. He took care of all permits and scheduled the inspections as well as all his contractors on time from framing, roofing, tile, electrician and HVAC. Like any project, we ran into problems with materials but that did not delay the project at all. All my friends and neighbors love it and asked me for his information as they are very eager for Tom to start on their projects they want. I felt lucky to find Tom as he can be trusted to get the job done right and on time. Like other GCs, Tom was honest and always kept in touch with my needs. Highly recommend for future projects.

Working with Tom and Precise was the best thing that I could have asked for. I met with another contractor for over an hour who told me that the project I needed done was not possible. After meeting with Tom for 2 minutes he already know how to go about it, and his thoughts were confirmed by a structural engineer. From start to finish everything was better than expected. Tom and his team came in to finish the work of another contractor that had gone out of business and left us stuck with an unfinished bathroom. While this was not a large job compared to what his company usually does, Tom treated it with the same respect and professionalism he would a much larger job. He even found a less expensive way to resolve the issue and the bathroom is finally complete thanks to Precise.

I was looking for a contractor that would take on the job of expanding my existing 12'x14' screened in porch to 32'x20 size porch. Precise Construction Group (PCG) was the company I am glad I chose. Tom, the owner, personally reviewed the plans and made suggestions to finalize the project. It was a complete turn-key project. PCG performed the partial demolition, removing all the debris carefully and completely. The PCG crew were great. Each day they arrived at the job site on time, early in-fact, and always maintained a clean, safe, and orderly worksite. Material was made available at the site in a timely manner. The cost of the project was very reasonable and the project was completed on budget and on time. The workshop included, demolition, foundation setting, decking, roof framing, roofing, screening, painting and electrical work. Each specialized crew needed to complete the various stages of this project were scheduled appropriately and were all very competent in their fields. It truly was a pleasure working with PCG to complete this home project.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tom and his crew on several projects for my home. Primarily, he built a beautiful screened-in porch for me that was fully customized to our needs. To begin, unlike many other contractors and builders in the Raleigh area from my experience, Tom was incredible prompt and specific in his communication, and provide ongoing daily updates regarding our project. He would proactively offer alternative options that would improve the construction/look of our porch, all the while working to keep us in line with the budget. The project was completed in a timely manner and to our exact specifications. Our porch required an extension of our deck with additional footings, modification to our roof line, a custom paneled porch with premium screens, porcelain tiles, a custom-built wood beam made from reclaimed wood, ceiling fan, four skylights, in-ceiling lights, electrical outlets, floor and ceiling molding, and a wall-mounted TV. It was absolutely top-notch and would highly recommend Tom and Precise to interested homeowners.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in N Raleigh and were looking to have several projects done. I found Precise Construction online through Houzz.com and gave a call because of their outstanding reviews and the equally impressive picture gallery. Tom was at my house the following day, walked through everything with me, was completely professional, honest, and smart about how we could optimize our budget. One day later we had an itemized quote with very reasonable prices. Shortly after that, the entire project was completed, done on time, and it exceeded our expeditions. To give you a small idea of what they can do, we had a whole level of popcorn ceilings removed, mudded, sanded and painted, the rest of the house painted, new shutters, new door, tiled one bathroom, and have a structurally sound open concept now. Having unfortunately had a terrible experience with a general contracting company years ago, it is so easy to write about a business that is everything you hope it would be when dealing with your family's biggest investment and safety. I will certainly being using Precise again for any future projects, large or small.
