Marc and team did an amazing job designing our dream home. He listens closely and works collaboratively to help make sure our goals/vision were met, and demonstrated the highest degree of expertise and professionalism throughout the process. No detail was too small to make sure the resulting plans reflect exactly what we wanted for the home. He brought creative ideas and a deep knowledge of the modern architectural style we wanted. We are also working with Celaya Interiors to design the interior and finishes. Marc and Esthela work very well together, resulting in a cohesive and aligned design. Process Design Build, L.L.C originally built our house. Later we had a window wall installed. Most recently, Process Design completed a Casita for us. Obviously, we have had extensive experience with this company and are very pleased with the work they perform. Specifically, they alway go the extra mile to insure that the customer is totally satisfied before the work is considered completed. The owner, Bill Updike, is always accessible and listens to what his customers have to say. He provides the owner with options, including the pros and cons, for any decisions that must be made. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to provide information. He attempts to review the subs work and correct any problems before the owner is involved. Bill Updike from Process Design Build couldn't have done a better job for us as our general contractor. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We built a custom new home long distance that took approximately two years. Bill worked very well with us and our architect, Marc Soloway from Soloway Designs.
