Additionally, Rebeca, who leads the office and is a talented designer, visited the site a couple of times to assist with important decisions. All the subcontractors we had on the job were top notch. This included demo, framing, tile removal and flooring replacement, drywall, plaster, painting, electrician, laborer, HVAC work and the finish carpenter doing all baseboards, casing and installing new doors throughout. One of the most notable aspects of our experience was the adherence to both timeline and budget. We were given a three-month schedule and a comprehensive budget. The job was completed in three months, and aside from change orders, the final costs matched the initial budget.”
