Englander and QualiTruction entered into an agreement to remove a wall which was dividing the living room and the library, installing 6 high-hat lights feeding from the existing light feed already in the library ceiling. QualiTruction performed all that and she was happy with the work. Once the work was finished Englander complained over an incident that happened because one of our employees didn't cover well enough her furniture which I offered to bring a professional to clean them off. Englander rejected the offer and refused to pay us 12,500.00 that they still owe to QualiTruction with the excuse that doing so we were even. How using and existing electrical feed can rase your electrical consumption? That doesn't make any sense.
Furthermore, the AC job done to her bathroom was done by an independent AC contractor that QualiTruction introduced to Englander. One year after the HVAC did the work, Mrs. Englander complained the AC wasn't working at capacity. We asked the AC contractor to go over Englander's house, he went over several times, but the Englander didn't close an agreement with them. Nothing we could do after that. Englander have all the AC contractor's information. They have to call the AC contractor (who is willing to negotiate) and agree on their terms. That's what we call a blaming game to avoid paying us the 12,500.00 they still owe us for extra work done all over their house.
We answer all their calls, and we requested the AC contractor to go over (which they did). QualiTruction will never leave a call unanswered. Hopefully this clarifies everything.
