I have hired Rainbow Construction/Craig Cooper since 1992 and we have over 20 projects together. Four have been new homes for me and seven have been complete remodeling of other homes. I have only signed my first contract with Craig and never again had a contract. His organization, skill and quality have been exceptional. I have never had a dispute and he has always stood behind the work they do. He also built a commercial recording (mastering ) studio for me which is world renowned.
