A Los Angeles native, Randy A. Rudnick is the President and Founder of Ralley Capital & Development. Founding the company in 1997, he has built a reputation of integrity and respect with clients in the greater Los Angeles area. Being a fourth generation builder, he knows how critical listening and planning is to the construction process. For twenty years prior to the formation of Ralley Capital & Development, he ran a successful Property Management and Construction company. Their clients included many of the major National Banks and Fortune 500 companies. With the strong emphasis placed on facilitating on-time, on budget projects that still have a captivating state of the art look, escalated Randy, and the company, to be recognized as one of the Premier builders in the area. Currently, specializing in innovative, state-of-the-art design for sophisticated homeowners in the greater Los Angeles area, Randy acknowledges that building and remodeling can be a stressful process. He strives to make that process as pleasant as possible with an end result exceeding his client’s expectations. He also focuses on quality enhancements and building that is best for the clients in the long run. He doesn’t cut corners or provide “band aid” remodels that will cost more money or problems in the future. Every project, from a bathroom remodel-to an entire home re-design, is important and he won’t take a job if he can’t commit to being there on a daily basis. This on-site dedication and commitment to excellence has proved to be the cornerstones of Randy’s reputation making him the builder of choice for many homeowners. Unlike many other General Contractors whose insurance companies do not allow them to work for Homeowners Associations, Ralley Capital has and continues to work for several Homeowners Associations in the Westside of Los Angeles.
