We've used Mike Real and his crew for 2 major projects in renovating our house. We would never consider anyone else. He listens carefully to our goals and vision and then helps us realize that dream. If we could give 10 stars to Real Construction we certainly would! We recently took a kitchen and bath down to the bare bones while living in the house. Our project took roughly 10 weeks. Mike Real and his entire crew did everything they said they would, on time, and in efficient manner. They left the construction area clean and safe at the end of everyday .... a real plus for us! They made suggestions that saved us time, money and the outcome was so much better than we could have imagined. This team are extraordinary craftsman, they also have a flair for design that far exceeded our expectations! We are thrilled with our new kitchen and bath....they were all a pleasure to work with....we will use them for every future project. Highly recommended!

Mike and his team did excellent work renovating and expanding our guest house based on my designs. Mike was especially good at understanding our goals, making suggestions that improved the project, and letting us know well in advance what was going to happen, and what decisions we would be asked to make. The quality of the work was excellent. There were only minor hiccups in the original estimated schedule -- which is amazing considering the discoveries we made during demolition and excavation. Maybe the best thing was how nice it was to have Mike and his son Cory in our lives for the duration of the project -- very nice people I would love to work with again.

Mike Real and his crew did a complete remodel of two bathrooms, replaced polybutylene piping, replaced all baseboards and doors with hardware, painted inside, replaced French door. He worked closely with us, was extremely knowledgeable, gave helpful advice, and had great creative ideas. Works with high quality workers who are friendly and helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner. No complaints. We love the work we had done and are very happy!

Mike Real provided an excellent remodel of my home. Always on time, every day arriving during the remodel, providing excellent advice and suggestions and even decorating advice. His crew were reliable, cordial and proficient. Very neat, with a clean up at the end of each day. I would, and have recommended him since.

Mike did a wonderful remodel (about half of my house) last year. His expertise, knowledge and experience speaks for itself. I had in mind what I wanted to do, but asked Mike's opinion and he came up with a redesign that I absolutely love! Mike and his crew always show up on time, work the entire day -- no one takes smoke breaks or play loud music, and clean up at the end of each day. I've hear a lot of stories from friends of contractors not showing up, doing poor quality work and making a mess. He doesn't cut corners and won't cut corners even if you ask. I just had him remodel another bathroom in my house including replacing all the plumbing in the bathroom. It is absolutely beautiful! I don't bother getting quotes from any other contractor - I call Mike. He's trustworthy and a hard worker. I highly recommend him for any job - big or small!
