Over the past few years we've worked with Vito on a number major projects in our 90-year old East York home, including a full kitchen renovation and most recently a complete gut and renovation of our basement. Vito was referred to us a friend and we've always been more than satisfied with his work. Vito is easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, clean and of course very, very good at what he does. Renovations to older homes are always challenging, however we were very lucky to have Vito to identify and properly resolve the many issues that arose. We ran into major structural issues, electrical problems and more. While all of this was extremely stressful to encounter we were lucky to have Vito working with us to identify and resolve these issues. He was always honest and up front about what was found, and was able incorporate all of the additional work into the project without major delays or disruption. We're thrilled with our new basement space, which has provided a completely new living area for us and our growing family. We'd be more than happy to hire Vito in the future for further renovations, which are certainly on the horizon!

Vito did a total renovation of our home - including a new addition and renovating the older part of our home. He and his team did an amazing job top to bottom. We completely trusted Vito and he did not let us down. Vito helped turn our house into our dream home.

Vito of Reno Con is a consummate professional. I have hired him twice for renos at a previous home. 1) Bathroom Reno and 2) Emergency Sunroom removal and addition build to replace. On both occasions, the end result was FANTASTIC. He is honest, reliable and dependable. I didn't have to worry about "babysitting" his work - I considered the part of the house that he was renovating to be "his" until completion. The projects went a bit over schedule (due to unforeseen circumstances), but they were all handled with professionalism.
