We are starting a project with this company. They remodeled the house across the street from us and did a wonderful job. The job site was always clean and the workers were polite.

We purchased our home from Richland in 2012 & are very happy with quality of the remodel, the attention to detail in the design, and the great craftsmanship...Our home was brought down to the studs, all new electric, new plumbing, new floors, new walls, new windows, new fence, new appliances & bath fixtures, new paint inside & out, the garage was redone, new landscaping, irrigation and sod. Richland had also added 2 bedrooms & a bath to the house, a wet bar in the dining room/courtyard area,as well as a beautiful courtyard in the front that has a fireplace & a electric gate... The house is not only well built, but the floor plan flows very nicely (after the addition & remodel) and the aesthetics are very nice...Beautiful hardwoods & cabinets, Marble in the baths, kitchen counters & fireplace...We really love our home & all that come here always compliment it. Our business dealing with Richland was a very good experience...They always handle any situation immediately, and effectively solved the issue. They were understanding & flexible to our tastes & opinions, and went far & beyond assisting us in the process. We would highly recommend them based on their work as well as their integrity in doing business...They were really fantastic to work with, and in the end, to trust our builder is priceless to us.

Richland's services were excellent. The workers were on time, polite, and respectful of our home. The design and workmanship were both just what we wanted.

A bathroom project that seemed daunting, became reality with Richland. In only 9 days, our dated 1980's master bath became a sleek, clean, modern retreat. Richland was detailed, knowledgable, and expedient with advice, concepts, and follow through. On top of that, they were extremely cost-efficient and mindful of our budget limitations. Their unique vision truly gives you a designer and contractor as one. Highly recommend.
