I am very pleased to whole-heartedly recommend Stephanie and Chris Roessler of Roessler's Remodeling in Destin, Florida for all your home remodeling projects. When we purchased our home in Sandestin's Burnt Pine, the pre-closing inspection detected several areas on the outside of the dwelling that had moisture intrusion. The previous owner contracted with Roessler's Remodeling to make the necessary stucco repairs. Soon, we learned the home had termite damage affecting a load bearing beam and necessitating additional unforeseen repairs. Since we lived in Georgia, we couldn't be on site for all the repairs. Fortunately, Chris Roessler kept us up to date and provided frequent progress reports through emails, telephone calls and photographs. We were completely satisfied with the work performed in the initial contract. Consequently, we contracted with Roessler's when deciding to make major alterations and improvements to both the interior and exterior of our home. A few of the upgrades included adding a full bath, updating 2 additional baths, replacing and repairing windows, doors, gutters, shutters, tile, air conditioning, painting and correcting drainage issues and re-landscaping (currently underway). Roessler's Remodeling provides quality workmanship and stands by their work. They are dependable, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. Additionally, they have been very helpful in working directly with the Homeowner's association to submit required documentation, resolve issues, and obtain the necessary approvals to commence construction. We have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism of Roessler's Remodeling in every respect. Stephanie and Chris Roessler are the owners of a family business built on integrity.

They added a lanai with a paver patio. The job turned out great. They were right on budget and it looks great! I would definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend Roessler's Remodeling Professionals. They were prompt professional and had a lot of knowledge on my master suite expansion. I needed a wall taken down and a door moved to another wall. They took care of everything, electrical outlets, carpet and clean up. Planning on a kitchen remodel will use them again.
